Not your average travel agents
It's not unusual for us to get a call where someone asks us "do you book more than cruises"? I suppose the common misconception is that all travel agencies sell are cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and maybe some pre-arranged tours, and you can call them to compare pricing with the online booking engines. In the industry, these are called mass market suppliers and, don't get me wrong, I love a Spring Break cruise or staying at an all-inclusive resort as much as the next person. But the advantage of booking these with us isn't price. We're competitive on price, but it's the extras that we provide our clients that make it worth working with us. For example, I just saved a client almost $2000 on a cruise recently (after she had already booked) because of a promotion the cruise line was running. I was also able to get perks such as free WiFi, gratuities, specialty dining, a beverage package and an onboard credit added for her. If she had booked through the cruise line direct, they wouldn't have checked on this for her before taking her final payment.
But what if you're looking for something a bit more off the beaten path? THAT'S where we really shine. Sleeping in a treehouse in Costa Rica? Staying in a chocolate hotel in St Lucia? Having a music expert help you choose the perfect performance at the Vienna Opera? Going on a private food tour of Greece? Staying in family-owned bed and breakfasts in Ireland or Scotland? Visiting ghost towns in California? We handle all of the details to help you do all of these things (and much more). We're good at making the ordinary extraordinary, but we're GREAT at turning your vacation into an experience to remember.
