Back to the Basics: Working with Clients

This call is for new and experienced agents who would like guidance and/or a refresher on what to do when a client calls. This will be a live training where we will walk you through what to do from the time a client contacts you to how to book their trip and enter it into TESS. We will include:
- Qualifying your client (what questions to ask to make sure you have enough information to make an informed proposal)
- Creating and sending a proposal (what tools you can use, how to send this to your client, and how your job is more than sending prices)
- The booking process once a client chooses a vacation
- How to enter your trip and booking into TESS and how to use TESS for task reminders.
At the end of the training, we will save some time for questions. As a reminder, we don't typically provide support on advanced TESS or supplier products, but during this training this is your chance to ask questions.
